My husband and I rented a rental property from this company for 5 years. The condition of the home was really good. We sustained damage to the house during hurricane Matthew and repairs were made in a timely manner. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate my experience as a 5+. I would definitely recommend their rental properties to my family members & friends.
I would definitely rent another property from them. In fact, they were amongst the best landlords I've ever had. They were kind and very timely making repairs. I really enjoyed living at this address. I have seen several of their other properties and they're all located in good areas. I give them a five star rating.
I had a great and wonderful experience renting from BRI Properties. Anytime I had a maintenance issue or problem, it was easy to get a hold of them and get the issue resolved. They worked around my schedule to have people come out and complete the work. They would even stop by periodically just to check up on everyone and make sure that we all were doing good. I couldn't have asked for a better company to rent from.

How long does the process take to know if I am approved?
Once you have submitted your application and completed the background check, the decision process typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
Do you charge an application/background fee?
Yes. The initial Application Fee is $9.99 and is paid on our website when you submit your application. The separate Background Check Fee is a flat $29.00. This fee is paid directly to our third-party screening provider only after your application has been preliminarily approved and you receive the link to proceed.
How do I pay for the application/background fee?
The application fee is paid directly on our website at the end of the application process. The background check fee is paid separately. Once your application receives preliminary approval, we will email you a link to our secure third-party vendor to complete and pay for the background check.
If my application is not approved, are the application or background check fees refundable?
No, both the Application Fee ($9.99) and the Background Check Fee ($29.00) are non-refundable. Both fees cover administrative and hard costs associated with processing your application and running your reports, regardless of the final outcome.
What documents are required when submitting my application?
We require two main documents: a valid, state-issued Photo ID (such as a Driver’s License or Non-Driver’s ID) and verifiable proof of income. For income, please be prepared to provide your 2–3 most recent pay stubs or equivalent documentation if you are self-employed or have other income sources.
What appliances come with the rental?
All units are equipped with central air conditioning and heat, a refrigerator, and a stove/range.
Dishwasher/microwave are unit-specific. Washer and Dryer are available in select units for an extra monthly fee. Please confirm the exact appliances and fees for the specific unit you are applying for.
What documents can I use to verify my income?
Please provide 2–3 recent, consecutive pay stubs. If you do not have pay stubs, we accept other official and verifiable documentation, including:

Tax documents (e.g., W-2s, 1099s)
Bank statements showing consistent income deposits
