Our tenant approval decision is based on a comprehensive review of the following two screening criteria:

  • Income: Verifying that your income meets our minimum required standard (typically 3X times the monthly rent).

  • Rental History: Reviewing your past tenancy records for timely payments, lease compliance, and positive references.

  • We also review your credit history as part of the screening process. While your credit score is not a determining factor for approval, a higher score is generally viewed favorably.
